A site plan is prepared by the architect as part of the schematic design drawings, and shows the building and its surroundings. This drawing must be prepared especially for this project. A topographic survey is prepared by a surveyor or engineer, showing the legal boundaries of the site. The survey can be up to 15 years old (from the application date).
