We recently conducted a feasibility study of an existing building. Can any portion of that be used for the application process?

Feasibility studies are not all the same, so it depends on the scope of the study. If the feasibility study involved a condition assessment of an existing structure to be retained as one of your site options and it conforms to the required elements listed in the regulations and program notice, then that can be utilized as part of your application. If a needs assessment with community engagement was part of the process, then that also can be used. Any design work completed will not be eligible for use if accepted into the program, as the OPM and architect cannot be retained under contract prior to entry into the grant round.
