My project is part of the Small Population Grant tier. How should we ensure we can complete both pre-planning and planning and design within the timeframe allotted before the independent design review?
If you anticipate the committee formation to be time consuming, plan ahead and compose the committee during the Summer of 2024, making it contingent upon acceptance into the grant round. Further, we strongly suggest you secure your design team, which consists of the OPM and the architect, while the Library Building Program and Condition Assessment, if needed, are completed. This allows you to seamlessly move into planning and design.
