How much of the pre-planning work needs to be done before the Letter of Intent?
The Letter of Intent is essentially a form stating the library and municipality’s intention to apply. The only document that needs to be uploaded as part of the Letter of Intent process is a letter on municipal letterhead stating support for the intention to apply and signed by municipal and library officials.
