We are considering a shared building project type. How are the costs calculated for grants for shared buildings?
Answer
The eligible cost of the library portion of the shared building will be broken out in the MPLCP Level of Design estimate, and then the grant award is derived by using that figure in the grant formula in the program notice and adding in the need factor for the municipality.
